What you will need
- The bottle, or just the name The medication name on the label, or the Rx number if it is handy. Either works.
- Your name So we can find your file. If you are our patient, we already know the rest.

Call 416-789-1800 with your bottle nearby. Two minutes, done. We will tell you when it is ready or when delivery arrives.

For regular medications we can refill automatically and deliver on a standing day, synced with blister packs if you use them.
Out of refills? Call anyway.
We will contact your prescriber for you, and for eligible medications an Ontario pharmacist may be able to extend a refill so you are not left without. Running out of refills is our problem to solve, not yours.
Things people wonder about
Do I need my prescription number?
No. The medication name is plenty, and even just your own name is enough for us to find your file and see what is due.
What if I am out of refills?
Ask us anyway. We contact your prescriber for you, and for eligible medications an Ontario pharmacist may be able to extend a refill so you are not left without. You do not need to chase anyone yourself.
Does delivery cost anything?
No. Delivery is free across North York and Thornhill. Ask for delivery when you request the refill and we bring it to your door.
Can I request a refill for a parent?
Yes, caregivers do this all the time. With your parent’s permission, call or send the request in their name and we handle it, including delivery to their door if that helps.
